Custom Toy Soldier Hats

The Shako hats for "Christmas Carol," the Musical, were made of Fos shape and leather visors. Then decorated with sequined heart motifs.

Distressed Outfits

Thisbe and Pyramus wearing post-apocalyptic themed outfits were distressed with sanding and paint treatments for The Arvada Center of the Arts production of "Midsummers Night Dream"
Costume Designer Clare Henkel. I followed her design to help identify the post-apocalyptic concept by using paint, dye, and abrasion tools as distressing methods.

Distressed both outfits, made the fat suit and bicorn, worn by Sir Toby on right.

Richard III

Richard the 3rd's Armour with a hump.
I sculpted Fosshape over a padded dress form of the actor with the hump, glued leather to cover it, and then gave it a silver leaf finish.

Actor as Richard III is Rodney Lizcano. It was made to be easily removed on stage.

Ella Enchanted Trolls

I patterned extra-large Ogre suits using foam and boning for their bodies. For their faces I made a mold to wrap thermoplastic around and covered them in dyed sheer knit fabric.

Water resistant Fascinator

Fascinator made of polyester sheer flowers on a Fos shape base. I had to make it durable enough to get wet and stay in tack for the 2 show days and a moth run.

Ursala Costume

I made the tentacles that were attached to each other and manipulated by the actress. I attached them to a pulled dress from stock.

I made this head piece using Form Flex Therma plastic. The LED eyes lit up with a switch on the hoof like glove. Production of
